So Tiki (who hated me) while we were alone decides to flop in a blanket, flips over?, starts cooing and kawing, and let me pet his belly, and under his wings?, he has never done this before, not even for my wife!!
My wife gets home, I am telling her about the bird, skepticism in her eyes, (I wouldn't have believed it either) when Tiki flys over , and gives a repeat performance, IN MY LAP!!!
He has done this 2 more times this morning, lol, funny as hell, he loved only my wife for months, now he wont leave me alone!!!

What you are seeing is most likely mating behavior. I suggest that you only touch your bird on the head and neck so as not to further stimulate him.

I thought that as well, but it doesn't look like any of the mating behaviors I saw on U-tube, it may be, but its still very amusing, and I am enjoying interacting possitivly with the bird for once.;)

That's great...but do be careful. If you get "chosen" as a mate, the rest of the family may be in for trouble. Stick to the head area for petting...;)
