This afternoon one of my birds had this little hole in his beak. It looks like it also bleed from his nose. I have two parrots and honestly I don't know what happened. I put them both to eat in the top of their cage (they were free). And 20 min later I saw his nose. I didnt hear them fight or anything. Does it seem like the other bird did this to him? Or like he hurt himself while being free around the room? He has been eating good.

Looks like a puncture of some sort. Definitely severe enough to require veterinary attention. I'd get him/her to the vet ASAP. They can inspect the wound and clean it and clear it out and also likely give you some medicine to prevent infection. With it being located where it is, its more likely than not to come into contact with germs/bacteria.
I agree with my fellow member above regarding taking your Parrot to an Avian Vet. Your CAV will have a material that can be spread into the hole and in a couple of months will fall way as the Beak is healed from the inside out!

I think you've already been made aware how important a vet visit is.
I would carefully check each and every toy, perch, welds on the cage bars etc... and see what caused that so the hazard can be removed to prevent a repeat injury or injuring your other bird. I personally suspect one of those "D" rings that toys hang on somehow got unscrewed and someones beak got caught inside it. Hope your little friend is ok!

That is exactly what it looks like. Like he got it caught in a D ing that was partially open, and thrashed around enough to punch a hole in it.
That nearly happened to Salty, only I caught him right away before he punched a hole thru his beak. I switched over to a different type which has no hard, pointy sections.

Nevermind, lol. I figured out what you meant. D-ring. Skitty has those on his travel cage. I always make sure they are securely fastened closed when in use and when not in use. Never considered that something like that could happen, so I'm glad I've been doing what I do.

I don't think the rings you are referring to are called "D" rings. "D" rings are the rings used to fasten straps like the ones on motorcycle helmets.
My bird has successfully managed to unscrew them. She works on them from the inside of the cage and from the top side until they come undone. So check the tightness often.

I think they're called Quik Locks??? And I got a package of them - stainless steel - on Amazon for less than $10
