Its a bit of a strange question,

My pearly conure Link (not DNA tested) is very very friendly with me, we spend almost every moment together. Doesn't bite, is potty trained, does a few tricks and says a few words.

In the last month hes become VERY affectionate to visitors. Like completely out of the blue, he used to be standoff-ish and uninterested in anyone but me. But now he will actively run away from me to be on someone else. He just acts completely infatuated with anyone new (male or female), he just wants all of their attention (and I no longer matter/exist, unless I leave the room then he cries)

Is that normal? Its weird for him to wanna play with someone else and now all of a sudden be SO friendly.

Thank you!

I only DREAM of a bird that's so social and sweet. Instead, I have Genghis Conure!
My only advice... be very careful and vigilant to enusre nobody every accidentally hurts or spooks your darling!
