Hi my 1 1/2 year old conure has started going grey on the top of her wings, she is very picky on food and I do put fresh fruits in daily, but she hardly touches them, she gets sunlight(indirect), play time, cage cleaned daily, baths whenever she wants them, this started about 3 weeks ago and tonight her one wing looks a little worse, she is preening them and I try to stop her when I see her doing it and I am not sure if this is from Bordem but as I said she gets play time has plenty of toys and have even gone for new toys to change up her environment can someone please tell me what they think is going on, there is no real avian vet close by and I am worried to take her to an inexperienced vet I have attached a photo

Yes, she needs to see only a Certified Avian Vet, as it may be a psychological problem, but it could just as easily be a physical health/medical issue that is serious. She should have blood-work and a full wellness-exam with a CAV experienced in plucking...

Also, a question for you...What do you mean be "she gets playtime"? How many hours each day is she out of her cage? How many hours each day do you spend directly with her?

Also, what is her normal, daily diet, including the brands of pellets, seeds, etc.?
