I've been sick the past three days so my activity has slowed down. After breakfast I sit in my recliner in front of the TV and fall asleep. Eat a quite lunch followed by a nap in the same chair. For some reason Squeaky my GCC has been less active and plays with hers toys in her cage. Usually she locks herself out of the cage screams for help or gets into something. Do our birds sense when its time to turn down the volume?

Nope!!!! Lol I had the stomach flu bad this weekend, so wasn't safe to leave birds out as dogs abd my GCC attacks my quaker. So I left locked up....let the screaming commence!!! I was so sick I finally had to give them apples and cover the cages....but don't worry I made it up to them with non stop head scratches, took 1.5 hours if scritched before they just settled..

All are rescues- had to leave their previous homes for 'reasons', are still in contact with them :)
They get quiet down here when I really need them to.
