Clark and Zod both have good heart, lungs, everything. Said both are entirely healthy.

Clark 65 grams (we skipped breakfast he's eating like a horse now, so is zod.)
Zod 57 grams

Toenails were clipped and the vet recommend sexing both birds since clark is still kinda young.

Funny thing though is she said she'd get the blood sample for me and she did but she said just go online it's like 15 bucks to have a lab run a parrot DNA test. If she does it it would cost MUCH more so she collected blood from each (at the toenail clipping) and told me what to look up so I'm doing that now to send the samples off. Found a site for 11.99 each.

All in all two exams with toenails $77 bucks.

Attached is before in the exam room and Clark being held getting ready to donate some of that beautiful DNA.

Oh one more thing, the Vet noticed the band on Zod was from hawaii and it even says aloha on it, I never noticed. She said he was probably flown here, I figured he was raised somewhere near or in the twin cities.

It's nice of your CAV to point out that online DNA-testing is a fraction of the cost of the Vet sending it to their lab, especially if they're willing to draw the blood-samples for you, because typically people who order an online DNA-kit do the feather ones where you pluck a few fresh chest feathers, which isn't fun to do...
