And look at his feet? Are they ok or have some problem.

No way of knowing age unless it is brought to a vet for a physical and they can determine rough estimate, but it would be impossible to determine age based on a picture.

Yes, the feet look messed up. Definitely not supposed to look like that. Is this your bird? Are you considering purchasing it?

If someone is trying to sell you this bird I would pass...just based on the feet alone. Obviously the previous owner has not cared enough to get this baby looked at. Toes maybe were injured in the nest or possible inbreeding (breeding related birds) causes health and genetic deformities.

It is available in a pet shop , the shop man brought to me to show ,
No am not considering this as I am looking for a bird around 4 months older

Looking at the picture I first thought club foot but a closer look it doesn't appear to be that. Could just be a malformed foot or an injury. Doesn't look too severe and could probably be sorted out by a good vet. Most likely the bird will adapt and be fine with it the way it is. They are quite adaptable creatures.
