No one here will tell for sure. He's waaaay to young to tell. Petstore guys could know his parrent so could have an info whether he's Sun, Jenday or hybrid of these two.
Are you sure he's weaned already? Without experience, never ever take a bird that's not fully weaned, eating solid food and not having to be manually fed.

Welcome to the forums! Your little one is precious but I share Aratingettar’s concerns that he or she is very young. Are you hand feeding this baby?

Oh I see. & no worries! I am not taking him out. I do know how to care for a him but he is safe in professional hands as they are constantly watching over him and caring for him :) The baby is being handfed by them

Jenday for sure, as I have a huge research and I have a jenday too
He's too young to be sure in any direction, but if I had to bet my money I'd say Sun or hybrid and not Jenday.
Why? Because of the yellow feathers on the shoulders, and because of yellow/light orange belly. With a Jenday I'd expect fully green wings and redish-orange belly.

Looks like a Sun Conure — they are the ones that start very green and as they age start getting more yellow beginning on the shoulders. A Jenday will stay completely green on the wings and never turn yellow on them.
