I have a 7 month old BCC and I’m trying to figure out if she is going through her first molt. She has been biting more frequently but is still quite active. I have noticed many feathers in her cage and coming out when she is with me. All feathers are complete but I noticed some spots on her chest and back that seem sparse (not bald). She does have a few pin feathers on her head but I’m not seeing any anywhere else. I have noticed she has always been pretty constant at preening but just want to make sure she is okay. Thanks for any thoughts or advice!!!
