I'll just keep this short.

I gave my conure a size of Naan Bread that was maybe 2-3 cm long and around 1 cm wide (best size I can estimate).

I'm sure its fine but I'll make sure because he seems to really like the bread, so is it toxic or will he be fine in small amounts every here and there?

Umbrella Cockatoo- 15? years old..I think?
It isn't something you should give to him due to salt, fat (ghee or butter) and garlic, but if you only did it once, I'm sure you are fine. Don't keep giving it to him unless very small bits without garlic....like, once every week or less. Honestly, the garlic is the most concerning but maybe it wasn't garlic naan...even if it was, just don't keep doing it.

Yeah I usually will give him very small amounts of some foods Iā€™m eating (like toast or a small bit of a plain chip, I even gave him a very small amount of a donut.)

I wasnā€™t planning to give him naan bread every day and I never give him food with salt or sugar in large amounts. 1-2 bites is what he gets, if the food isnā€™t very salty or sugary heā€™ll maybe get 3, but Iā€™ve only done that twice.
