"Pick me up and take me out" wiggle.

Also, you need a much larger cage.

Look at this video,
I have taken out from cage and some time he moves the neck like he is dancing . Specially when I have a conversation with him or I call him ....
What exactly he means by this ?

The wing quivering (in my experience) is usually wanting something - mine do that when they lean forward because they want something.

The neck bob is like said above...happy, i love you :)

I just made the mistake of watching your first video with my own Sun Conure on my shoulder. Now she is trying to help your Conure out of its cage by taking apart my phone.

Very cute, I agree with above, the mean and quiver is please let me be with you. The other is we are family i love you let me regurge food for you.

Your birdoves you very much.

Needs a much bigger cage, different let he's types and size. You need at least one that when you make the ok hand signal and spread your thumb and index finger apart 1 inch, us that big around. Perches seem to sold to small, a bird gets maximum support and relaxed foot at the size I said above for your size bird.

Also lots easy to shred stuff. A good diet of parrot safe veggies, seeds, some small spoonful of boiled egg once in awhile, a few nuts, pellets, boiled chicken a spoonful maybe once a month..

24 x 24 x 30 for the cage, and get a material that is appropriate for conures. Wrought iron, stainless, etc. The powder coating on that cage is being chipped already and while it’s non toxic the bird could be getting bits in his stomach and that’s not good. As well, the wire under the powder coating is not always toxin free. And lastly, eventually he could chew his way out or bend the bars and get himself free.

The prevue cages & kings cages are good.

Bar spacing 1/2” - 5/8”. Some people say 3/4” is okay but smaller conures can still stick their heads out and that can lead to broken bones or other injuries. Perches are recommended to be about 1” for GCCs, not sure for a sunnie. Make sure you have a variety of different textures (wood, rope, leather, etc.) and take note of which he likes so you can get more. Also make sure he has shreddable toys, foraging toys, noisy toys, etc.

Just because a bird is big enough to stand up and turn around/move around a bit in a cage doesn’t mean it’s big enough. Ideally, you want to buy the biggest one in your budget that matches the proper bar spacing requirements. In the wild birds are go, go, go. At home, if your bird does not have enough space he will begin to exhibit stress behaviours which could include aggression, self-mutilating, etc. So it’s very important you give him as much enrichment as possible.

RIP Gandalf and Big Bird, you are missed.
Absolutely agree with all comments! Roky seems happy and well adjusted!!

I understand you will find a better cage and realize the lockdown makes everything more difficult. Hopefully the paint is unleaded as quite a few sections are now bare metal. Meanwhile, stay safe and enjoy Roky!
