- Sunny the Sun Conure (sept '18, gotcha 3/'19). Mr Jefferson Budgie & Mrs Calliope Budgie (albino) (nov'18 & jan'19). Summer 2021 Baby Budgies: Riker (Green); Patchouli, Keye, & Tiny (blue greywings).
So tell us a little more. How old, how long have you had, flighted y/n, mainly in-cage or out, size of cage, other behavior? - And how long has the "constant screaming" been going on?

In addition to all of that (age, cage-size and how long you have had him etc) <--all VERY important questions, I have some others that need to be addressed (sorry lol!):
1. where is his cage within the house in relation to the main hub of activity?
2. How often is he out daily/how long/doing what?
3. How much sleep does he get each night and does he have a bedtime and wake-up?
3b. Does he have a quiet, dark space for sleeping
4. Are there any huts/tents/boxes or shady spaces in or around his cage to which he has access?
5. If he allows you to pet him, do you pet places other than the head and neck?
6. What do you do when he screams?
7. What is his diet like daily?
8. When did he last go to the vet for a complete check-up etc?
9. Is your vet an avian vet, exotics vet or regular dog/cat vet?
10. Do you ever cover the cage partially or completely at times other than bedtime?

Ok, she sleeps in a completely covered cage that is probably 3x3x5 feet. She is free through our large house most all day. She will fly to the back porch window and scream or sometimes she will just be across the room. And there is a friend that comes over with his Girlfriend from time to time, she seems to hate his girlfriend. Age, 2 or 3.

So, you didn't answer all of my questions, but 2 is when a lot of them become sexually mature (and that is all the more reason to provide more information)...
Can you answer the rest? Despite the seemingly "nitpicky" nature of the questions, they all matter a lot, given your situation...
