Strange new feather

Hi can someone tell me what this feather is on my green cheek
I can’t seem to be able to upload a photo either it keep asking for a link ugg.
Anyway it is a small hairlike feather near the back primary feathers on both sides

Easiest method to upload pics is from a free hosting site such as Imgur: http://www.parrotforums.com/technical-support/6287-how-post-pictures-6.html#post718293

Each member has limited storage space within forum servers. You can upload an image from a device using the "paper clip" feature in the grey control panel above text dialog box. A small inset box opens allowing you to choose a file, upload, and close box when completed. A green status bar turns progressively red at top when memory used.

Another method is using an url after clicking yellow box, also in above control panel. (yellow with silhouette of mountain and sun) Paste the url and enter.

They can get feather cysts etc or have a few abnormal feathers from time to time...A picture would help, but certain diseases are also associated with abnormal feather formation, so just be aware.

How old is your parrot and how long have you had him? Also, what is diet like?
