Beak Grinding

Banks my green cheek has been grinding his beak I hear this at night most of the time , it sounds like he is chewing on something, can anyone tell me what that means and is it ok? Thanks

Exactly as everyone said. We always go awwww... sleepy guy! When ours starts grinding his and then he gets some pets, and then its off to the sleep cage! HOpe you are enjoying your bird

lol nut makes snore sounds sometimes, but sleep is really important for our birds lol nut even sleeps through day
