My birds don't make enough dust for me to try this myself. I was hoping people who keep cockatoos can try it out and see how it goes. I think African grey owners should try it out too. Also, galah owners should try this. I don't THINK galah dust would give a pink hue to the hair, but I need someone to actually try it and see. Thanks!

Hmmm... You mean i can actually do something with all this dust? So what do i need to do with it exactly? Good thing Rome creates a lot of it, my hair goes down to my elbows.

Maybe we can package it up and sell it in health stores as an all natural alternative to shampoo? I could use the money, and then it wouldn't be going to waste.

Why shouldn't we recycle more and make good use of Mother Earth's precious resources? Sometimes, you've been out for an evening run and need to be at a dinner function and you don't have time to shower/wash your hair properly, but it needs something to stop it from dripping with sweat and going smelly. So, what you do is, you rub some talcum powder through your hair and then use a brush to brush it through thoroughly. Some people who ride bicycles to the office also do this before beginning work. I think cockatoo dust will work just as well as talcum powder. Please try and let me know.
