Well it took me about 2 -3 hours and I put together this play stand for my new macaw "Ruthie" I wanted something that she could have her toys above her so that she is not pooping down on them. The first pic is a view from my kitchen about 10 feet away. She is a little shy of it at the moment, but Im hoping she loves it in time!

Lynn, that looks awesome! Ruthie is going to love that when she gets used to it:) What kind of chains did you use? How did you get it all together?

Thanks, I used plastic chain that they sell at the hardware stores. To keep it together I push the joints in really hard first and then wind the sisal rope all around to keep it tight and together. I drilled holes in the pvc and ran the chain through them. The dishes just clamp on to the plastic chain. I laid a piece of plastic acrylic on the floor under it.

It looks like you went out and bought it. Amazing job on that!
