The suction cup style of shower perch won't work in my shower so I built a portable one myself.
Freshly showered and blown dry! He really seemed to like being in there with me too. Much better than the sink.

Since we've redone both our bathroom I was having issues with my suction cups, too, unless I used the glass shower door, but that is proving to be somewhat of a PITA, so I may have to copy your great idea.
