Question About Acryliic / Plexi-Glass / Plastic and a Safe Apoxy

Hello,

I want to make a puzzle toy out of some kind of plastic. I have a few questions.

1. Whats the safest plastic to use?
2. What is a safe way to glue it together? Aquarium sealant?

You can use plexiglass, and as far as I know Eco-Bond is safe to use around parrots. ECO-BOND PRODUCTS ? Eco-Bond Adhesives ? the Strongest Adhesive for a Greener Earth.

Just remember it MUST be completely cured/dry.

Thanks for the tip, I've never heard of that product before. What about aquarium sealant? I would think that is non toxic too.
