Ok our 4 month old always wants to fly & alot of times it seems like he is going towards the closed windows and his wings are clipped so he goes out and then down. Can anyone help with how we stop him from doing this. Also when we have him out he always wants on our rabbits cage to sit. I've had other birds but they always wanted to stay with us not fly away. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Some birds just do not like to be handled. Without holding your bird down, hold him tightly to your chest a few minutes before you allow him to fly. While holding him you might try giving him a treat and lots of neck scritches so he gets used to being held and decides he likes it. You can also try to take him in a room away from other people and distractions, like a bedroom. Put him on the bed and just talk to him while offering treats.
