This morning when I woke up, Audrey's nose was very runny and she was VERY sneezy. My first thought was that she was sick again (She finally recovered from numerous infections and had a clean bill of health as of two weeks ago).
I took her from her cage and later discovered she had some dust/hair up her nose poor thing. I got it out and the sneezing and watery nose instantly stopped, and she is still herself being as cheeky as ever, singing, and climbing around.
But now I can hear an odd sound when she talks.. almost like what a person sounds like when they have a blocked nose and talk. Is this just from the hair in her nose do you think? Any way I can help that, and make it more comfortable for her? I reallllly can't afford another vet visit, but if I must, I must... :(

To be a little more clear, the sound is air coming from her nose, like its a little blocked. I don't know any other way to explain it.

Taking her into a hot steamy bathroom may help... or getting some saline and seeing if you can clear out her nostrils.

Pepsi and sprite, both are American male budgies
Take her in the bathroom while the shower is running hot water so steam can clear out the nostrils a bit. Hope It helps:)
