Echo hormonal?

Lately Echo has been being very cuddly..which I LOVE! She has been grooming my head and playing with my fingers gently. But then before she scratched the ground with her foot when we were cuddling under a blanket. Does this mean she is getting hormonal? She is 2 1/2 years old now. Is there anything bad about her being this way? I don't mind it at all...she's a lot more interactive now that she wants to be pet on the head and neck. Can anyone tell me if this is hormonal behavior? Also if it is a bad thing or not and why?

It might be and it might not be.. Someone with more experience could give you a better answer, but I think that when they are hormonal they can get a little *****y rather than cuddly lol. My girl is only 1 and sometimes she scratches the ground with her food like she's trying to dig.

Dont allow her in dark places. Don't let her walk on your floor either.
My girl loves to walk around the house but she turns evil, she is actually scouting a dark space to hide and if she finds one. She will act like she is gonna get you when u get to close.

Don't give her stuff like paper bags that u stuff with goodies only use the mini bags. I cannot even give my girl cereal boxes she turns evil on me. I have to chop the box down put goodies in it and make the box really short and she must play with it on my breakfast bar or on top of a coffee table.

I have a small piece of fleece i purchased by the yard and cut it down to small blankies that i would wrap her in. But my purpose was to get her used to being placed in a towel for visits and such. You have to really be carful about dark places even under the covers with you. The hens get very nasty when they get into a dark space scouting mode. My girl was not like that at first so I allowed her walking on the floor playing with boxes and under the covers watchin TV but i dont allow it anymore because a couple times she went from an angel to a devil so quickly.
