Solomon island Eclectus "wild" diet

Does anyone know what the Solomon island Eclectus actually eats in the wild? I'm having trouble finding this info for some reason :/ I want to mimic his natural diet as best as possible....they don't dig carrots and broccoli up in the wild haha!

They don't dig up carrots and broccoli, but they will definitely eat it! If you want to get a sense of their natural diet, this is the best I've come across so far:

I think what I feed Scarlet is better then what she would eat in the wild, and she enjoys it haha. Aslong as she is as healthy and happy as can be I don't think it's really that necessary to give them a "wild diet". Just my opinion! but I can't seem to find to much info on eclectus wild diets either. I do have a book with a sufficient list in it though. But nothing more helpful then above.

Most parrots are clipped and kept in cramped quarters, as compared to out in the wild. In other words, wild parrots fly a lot out in the wild so they probably consume a lot of high caloric foods. Although it would be nice to try and duplicate their wild diet, the nutritional needs of a captive parrot is going to greatly differ from that of their wild counterparts.

Just something to keep in mind when considering diets.

Their wild diet is pretty much impossible to mimic... unless you have a rainforest in your back yard and a cherry-picker. My vet is Rob Marshall (author of "A Guide to Eclectus Parrots as Pet and Aviary Birds") and he has provided me with supplements that mimic the nutritional balance of the natural diet. I don't follow his feeding regime exactly, as it seems somewhat counter-intuitive at times (such as cooking EVERYTHING as it's easier to digest, but then the supplements are required to replace the nutrients lost through cooking.) either way, he's done years of research so I'm sure it's good stuff... his personal pet Eclectus' are on it.
I want to give Poe the best possible start to life, so am doing this regime to begin with at least and will decide whether I continue it. (The supplements are quite expensive - $120 which lasts 8 months approx.- but means that expensive berries, passionfruit, mangoes etc. can be replaced by supplements which may end up being cheaper.)

Since starting Poe on the proper diet, his beak has gone from an anaemic pale hue to mango-orange and his feathers have a new luster. (he's 13 weeks old, and I got him at 10weeks. I saw the changes after just over a week.)

I add the suppliments to a cooked mix of organic: rice, quinoa, soaked beans, lentils, broccoli, zucchini, strawberry, plum, apple, carrot, pumpkin, sweet potato, corn, blueberries and a little chili. (it tastes people good!)
