I noticed last night when Ozzie was sitting next to me, his whole body would shiver a little and then he fluffs up his feathers. I haven't noticed this shivering before. He did it quite a few times last night. Its not like it was freezing last night. Do you know if that is normal in a bird?

Was he getting sleepy? Birds often fluff their feathers as they sleep. Sometimes Rosie will randomly fluff out her breast feathers and they quiver for a few moments, she's not cold when she does it. A cold bird will be constantly fluffed up, and still be shivering some.

Yes he was getting sleepy, but I never noticed the shivering before, he normally fluffs his feathers but with like a shake.
