I have had my female Eclectus for about 3 months now and although the transition into my home went ok (we had a biting phase) things seemed to now be great. However, I've noticed the last 2 days that she has seemed subdued, quiet and sleepy. She is 2 1/2yrs old. Not sure if this is normal or if we should be concerned.

be concerned. any time a bird is sleepy, quiet and subdued, it is a sure sign something is wrong.

sometimes there is a odd day when a bird is a bit 'off' but if you are concerned you should seek out an avian vet.
I'm no expert with Eclectus, so I am referring to all birds in general.
I hope things work out for you!

Yes if this has lasted for 2 days and she has been allowed adequate sleep at night, then an avian vet visit is necessary. It sounds like she may be sick. You know your bird better than anyone, and if you are alarmed then I would see the vet immediately. Better to be safe than sorry. Ruby has days when she is less active than others but it is usually a day after we have stayed up much later than normal and she doesn't get a full nights rest.

I also say get her checked by the Vet. I had a similar situation and at first I thought maybe he was acting different because of going through a molt but it turned out he had a bacterial infection.
