Great video, think I might try cooking in batches rather than every night. Can I ask how do you then prepare them from frozen, do you just defrost or heat them up?

I just take a bag and put in the fridge over night then zap for a few seconds in the microwave, stir and check for "hot spots" and serve. Super easy!

I cook in batches and freeze about a weeks worth in ice cube trays then defrost one cube each morning in the microwave for 2 minutes. Pumpkin knows the sound of the microwave and becomes very excited. It's convenient and time saving.
