Venus The Brave

Venus is amazing and she is so opposite of Buddy. Venus has been coming to me, wanting to sit with me and she is afraid of nothing I have. Now outside windows and new rooms or spaces, yes she gets scared. Buddy is afraid of everything but that's his nature.

Tonight I went to the market and picked up a navel orange and some groceries. The orange was for Buddy and Venus, they haven't had citrus in weeks. Venus went to the top of her cage and started bobbing her head leaning towards me, that's her signal she wants to visit so I got her, put her on my shoulder and took her to the kitchen so I could put groceries away. That stinker went in the freezer while I was putting items in the freezer. She had to inspect everything in there. I let her look while I cut up the navel orange. When she saw the orange she had to get a closer look so here she comes. She beaked it, tasted it and went to town on the orange. I love her energy, curiosity and bravery. Ekkies are amazing.
