paint on rexs wing

hi guys i had rex outside with me while working and he got as small bit of acrylic water based pain on his wing what can i do to get it off its only a small bit but if u try getting it off what can u se safely use on his feathers?

AD has given great advise.
If you afraid to use your nail, perhaps a piece of wet warm cotton wool !!!!!!

You stste that its a water based paint, which means its water soluable, applying warm water and using something soft such as a cotton ball or wet sponge to lightly wipe away the majority of the paint should do it, then thoroughly rinse the little guy to remove any remaining residue......Good Luck! :)
