Re: Female Eclectus... Limited potential???

The best people to speak to about a rescue in your area is our resident mother/daughter combo, jenphilly and riddick07. Here is a link to a thread in the Rescue Centers sub-forum detailing the rescue center where they volunteer: Adoptable Birds at A Helping Wing Rescue - Blairstown NJ

Seeing that you don't yet have enough posts to send a pm, I'll send one to them letting them know of this thread. Hang in there, okay?

Where in PA are you? I am the Adoption Coordinator for A Helping Wing in Blairstown, NJ (Warrant County), right across the river off 611 (not far from Bangor / Martins Creek / Easton / Lehigh Valley).

If you in our general area, you can email me at adoptions@ahelpingwing.org and we can go over surrender procedures. We are beyond max capacity right now, but considering the situation, we can squeeze one more cage in.

Re: Female Eclectus... Limited potential???

StacysVictim's post really hit home with me,concerning the time I had with The Cockatoo Man I feel her PAIN and frustration!

Sometimes rehoming is the best thing for everyone concerned.
I wish there was something I could do,for both of them.

Jim
