I think Jasper started molting in March area. He's still molting. Is this normal for his first one?
He would lose 10-20 feathers a day for a couple days then would go weeks and weeks before molting again. Now he's lost a couple more big feathers the last few days and some of the red ones finally.
Is this length of a molt normal? I had read 6 months max. All of the other feathers have grown in nicely and he's definitely not plucking.
