Ok, someone snuck in during the night and replaced Wrangler with a bird I dont know! All of a sudden ive gone from being the suspicious person we should avoid or bite the crap out of--except when we need help, to the interesting, safe shoulder. Not only is he approaching me on his own, but he actually let me kiss and rub his beak and regurgitated on me and tried to feed me. It's a total 180 from yesterday. He spent half the morning trying to get over to Liesl's cage to annoy her (he can't, he's clipped) to deciding that Im actually ok and more fun. I guess Ive passed the test. :p

It's kinda freaky isn't it? Parker is the same when he gets hormonal. Flip a switch overnight becomes shoulder safe. Matter of fact it's a chance it might be happening now. Such a sweetheart last night, Woke up this morning and he lunged continuously at me through the cage like he has never done before.

The temperment swings really are sort of interesting

I think you might have nailed it. He just regurged morning breakfast (mine---so scratch granola and banana of my list along with PBJ) and then tried to mate with my hand. That's where I draw the line LOL. The food, icky but ok---I accept it as the obvious peace offering--the rest of it--no thanks. This could be why he has been so fixated on reaching Liesl's cage too. She told him in no uncertain terms she isnt interested in his friendship, let alone more. So we have 4th relocation in 2 months, molting and plucking, stress, poor diet, and now hormones?
