Many of you know Venus has been extremely hormonal since February. She hit puberty and this can last for around 18 months, ugh. So I started a routine described below. Today she has me getting up and down and the quads are getting sore. When she tried to run from me I get her on my hand and stand to put her in her cage. She had learned what that means so she runs to my shoulder and we repeat, lol! So she's got me doing bird squats lol.
Well I spoke good things about Venus and she tried to make a mad dash off my lap this morning to hit the ground. She tried to jump but a toe stuck in my pant leg and she ended up hanging upside down swinging. I put a hand under her to hold her and using the other to release her toe mentally praying she doesn't bite me. I got her on my lap, told her no and she went limp and laid flat.
