DING DING DING!!!! we have a winner! Finally found something Mr Picky will eat. I made a rough chop of spinach, steamed carrot/chayote squash/sweet potato, jalapeno and serrano peppers, and cooked barley or quinoa---not sure which it was. Since it's impossible to make small batches of chop, Im going to freeze it in portions but he will be eating this for a few weeks. Any suggestions as to what spices to add to season it to keep it interesting for him? He likes cayanne and chili...but i'd like to know what you add that your ekkie really likes in terms of seasoning. Thanks!
