I'm watching the Welcome Celebration and Maxx is not far from the TV and I noticed when ever a marching type band plays he goes wacko and is the loudest he has been since coming home and he looked to be enjoying it all kind of cool chatter and sounds, also noticed he digs big band music to as a commercial had some in it the other day.

Over the years and all of the personality that have blessed our home, everyone of them had their own preferences regarding music. I have no understanding of the whys or wherefores, but they did and we simply adjusted! Enjoy!

Rb sings J-Lo. Loves her, picks her songs out from everything else on the music channels I leave on for him. In the 90s it was Paula Abdul. Took him a decade to get over her and fall in love again.

Jasper (6yr old Solomon Island Eclectus Parrot)
I always leave a mix of classical and kids music on for Jasper when I'm at work. He started doing this funny whistle and I had no idea where it came from, until one day I came home from work and one of the kids songs was playing and it was from there :D

He pretty much loves all music but kids music seems to be his fav haha

And I think he's trying to sing because sometimes when I sing him You Are My Sunshine or Twinkle Twinkle he'll start going "do do dooo" it's pretty cute :D

Jolly and Maya love jamming to Spanish music and reggae... which s very fitting since I am of Jamaican heritage and my wife is from Ecuador! Hahaha!

It really is amazing how they have their preferences, even in terms of music.

Jonesy a Goffins 'Too who had to be rehomed :-(

And a Normal Grey Cockatiel named BB who came home with me on 5/20/2016.
Jonesy ( my rehomed goffin ) was a rocker..Pink Floyd's "Comfortably Numb" would get a raise out of his hat and he would bounce and jump and squawk like a mad bird lol.

My stereo is on all day and I listen to "classic rock"..Amy and BB...ehhh they don't really care whats playing.
