He does this everyday, flips his bell upside down on top of his cage and talks into it

That's great! You must have used a lot of patience to catch Jasper doing that. Salty talks into his food bowl when we get dinner ready - it really amps his voice up some.

Hahahahaha! Hilarity! That "whoooooo!" sound, followed by that honk is just too much. Jasper's a trip!

My cockatiel Suzie used to do something similar with anything she could get her beak on that had the potential for enclosed sound reverberation. Cracked me up.
