I ordered a bunch of supplies to make toys from mysafebirdstore and they included one of these in a little extra bag, would it be okay if I gave it to Lincoln or is something like this a tad too much for ekkies? It doesn't specify what is inside of it so I don't really know.

I might just be worrying too much, but I am rather particular about my boys diet x.x

As a treat, sure, why not? Just because it’s seed doesn’t mean it’s BAD to feed. Just not as part of the daily diet.

Yep, what Chris said!

Reminds me, I've just about depleted my stock of toy supplies. Time to re-up!

I can’t speak to an ekkie’s diet, but Bumble (parrotlet) LOVES these things. I put one on top of her cage when she’s in it and she nibbles and pushes and chases it all over. So it’s a yummy fun foraging treat for her.

I ended up giving it to Lincoln and he got all the seeds and proceeded to toss the remaining wood onto the floor xD
