First off I’d like to apologize for the messy cage, this was taken before I cleaned everything last night haha. Secondly I’m not sure why these pictures turn sideways once I load them. Some will do it some won’t, not entirely sure why.
Anyways, this is my boys cage. I just recently picked up a bunch of new things from the expo this past weekend and redid it from the ground up. In your personal opinion how does it look? This being my first large parrot cage I’ve tried decorating I want to make sure it’s not too cluttered or even too simple for him. He spends a good deal of time outside of his cage so I’ve put most of his small toys up top to encourage movement from inside and out. Is there anything you guys would do differently? I’ve got TONS more large hanging toys but instead of putting them all in there, I figured I would rotate them to find what he likes best and to keep clutter to a minimum.
I would also like to bring his exposure to more natural light up without moving him directly in front of a window. I know some of you all use uvb lamps to create the same effect. Any thoughts on that?
