Good day everybody!!!
Some might know me from looong ago, but I see there is a lot of new members since I last posted.
Ok, down to business. Pikkie my famous featherless ringneck has left me for the rainbow bridge at 13years of age. Squeaky was very fond of my mom and my mom used to carry him around on her shoulder every day. I was at that stage (2008) a 3rd year practical student on a farm. Well to make a long story short, I used to trim the birds nails and clip wings. With him on moms shoulder somebody gave him a fright and he took off :-(
Then my rescues Alec and Diego, my 2 GCC and new rescues Peaches and Apricot, 2 yellow lovebirds are all happily living in the outside aviary
Now the big question. I have moved in with my partner and am looking into moving my 10 year old dog and 4 year old eclectus. If anybody can give me good info on how to get them both to adapt it would be awesome. I will be working and studying from home, which I think might help with the process.
Any suggestions/ advice welcome
