I'm thinking of a parrot...
First guess what the previous poster's parrot was, then describe a parrot using 3 characteristics of that species.

I'm a large parrot in a teeny tiny body. I can fit in your pocket, hence my nickname "pocket parrot". I can be blue, green, or white in color. Who am I?

Budgie? So sad that they're so under appreciated and thought of as "starter birds". They really deserve the same amount of love, respect, and care.
