Supplements and vitamins

I am currently giving Oscar Ornabac in his food each day. What is everyone's opinion on the best supplements and vitaminsfor birds? He eats fresh fruits daily but he is stubborn when it comes to eatting his veggies. He will taste them, then give me the "you tricked me" look, and shake his head to get rid of the flavor. I would like to give him a good supplement/vitamin since he is not getting them from his veggies.

Any suggestions??? There are so many out there I just don't know which to choose

No he is on a seed diet. Should I give him pellets too or instead???

Seed is better to be fed only as a treat, its very fattening. If you feed pellets, fruits, veggies, he will be getting all the nutrition he needs, and have no need for supplements.
