flaky/pealing beak

the beaks look flaky/pealing specially the lower part. how do i maintain/keep my parrot beaks in top and smooth condition?

i feed him with fruits and veggies, ocasionally nuts and sunflower seed. and lots of wood toys to chew.

I am not an expert but i would say he need more calcium,
Feed him something with calcium like eggs or maybe put in his cage cuttlefish bone.:green:

I have two suggestions. If you have not had your bird to an avain vet then I think this would be a good idea to check for vitamin deficiencies. My second suggestion is in the link:

there is no avian vet in jakarta though there hundred of vets here.

i have added nekton s in his drink and i might try to add more calcium in his diet. is it safe to add a little bit of crushed calcium tablet into soft food?

I would not give a bird any supplements until you see a vet. You can feed vitamin rich foods instead. Examples: green leafy kale, hard cooked egg, fresh fruit but not avacodo or apple seeds. Berries are good. The orange vegies help calcium uptake such as yams and winger squash.
