Feathers getting ripped out

Why do you care!?!? STALKER!

Harmin - White and Blue Budgie
Momiji - Bright Yellow & Green Budgie
Harmin has been ripping out Momiji's feathers, the ones on his chest. Now there's white spots. I finally convinced my mom to get him another cage, but I don't know what to do! I'm afraid it's hurt badly or something.
Is there anything I can do to help him?
(I'm sorry if I'm overreacting, but Momiji's just a baby.) :(

You are doing the right tink separate them, take it from there and see if this behaviour can be stopped

Keats (budgie) born Feb. 18, 2011, and Raphael (budgie) adopted July 3, 2011. Finn, a Brown-Head Poicephalus, born January 4, 2010, has also joined the family!
Definitely time to separate them! Some birds will pluck other birds, and that's never a good situation.
