brown pimple behind cockatoos beak ?

my cockatoo have a weird pimple thing on his mouth behind his beak and the 2 on a side and one on another, there is no good avian pets where i am at and i am really worried
she is not showing any signs of illness

A photo would be good. There could be a number of problems. A normal Vet is better than no Vet at all. In my experience a normal vet will contact an Avian Vet should they need to or could not identify what the problem is.

I would take the bird to the Vet ASAP for the simple reason that the pimples could be the start of cancer.

Some vets aren't actually avian certified, but will see birds. I just found out a couple of weeks ago that my previous vet was never actually avian certified. I can't complain about his work. When my BCC wasn't feeling well he knew it was probably because she needed full spectrum lighting, and he was right. When my Nanday got sick, he cured her although we weren't certain which treatment did the trick. So he did what I needed him to do.
