Pet insurance for our birds??

Personally, I think you would be better off taking that money you would be spending monthly on pet insurance and depositing it in an emergency fund bank account. I have known a few people with pet insurance and it seems like a high cost for very little return. Just save the money yourself, that way even if you never need to use it it's still there.

Thats what we have been doing, i was just looking at the cost of pet insurance and wanted more details on weather or not its available for my birds or not, i dont think so because ive searched the net for quite a while. jist wanted a bit more info if anyone does know of any

I don't know about pet insurance for birds. It's something I would like to look into, however like human insurance there are deductibles/co-pays/etc. Plus they more than likely work on a reimbursmant plan, where you pay out of pocket and then submit the claim.
For now though, we've just been putting money in a savings account as a emergency fund. That's working out well for us. If we need to withdraw money, we just use the atm. lol
