Merlin has always had stinkers. He has been treated for a crop infection in the past (precaution, not necessarily having one) and it made no difference to his droppings. I think with an infection you're more likely to notice other 'odd' behaviours with it too.

So stinky poop = crop infection?
As long as there's poop in proportion to the food they're consuming (and they're fine otherwise!), generally all is well!
and I saw bubbles today in Rio's not so smelly poop. I like to know how common this really is because I have read on several websites gas or infection, go to vet. I have never been the kind of mom who automatically rushes their child, human or otherwise to the doctor. And dummy me forgot to ask the vet when we were there less then two weeks ago. It's definitely happens since them, latest being today.
Diet impacts all poop and pee, so if you've got them on a really varied diet, things are likely to crop up as 'weird'. Wait until you see the outcome of them eating all red food, you'll think they've ruptured something!
