Is this available in a smaller size than the coarse? Oliver really likes peppers and doesn't seem to like the normal Harrisons so I wanted to try this.

It's only in the coarse. But you could write or call the company and suggest it. Rio loves her peppered Harrison's. I'd love to feed it to Kiwi but she eats the fine.

I also wish they had a smaller size, I have to cut them in 4's with a sharp knife. She likes the flavor, but prefers the size of the high potency fine. Sometimes I dust those with cayenne, but still she prefers the pepper flavoring. Harrison's needs to get with the program! Lol

Ah that's annoying! Haha but good to know I'm not the only one! I will email Harrison's to at least see if they are planning on adding that anytime soon. Oliver loves to get Thai peppers whenever I'm cooking Thai food. And we have a chili pequin growing, he loves those little peppers too.

Your birds should be able to handle the coarse ok. My Sennie does just fine holding it with her foot. Your birds aren't that much smaller than a sennie. I feed kiwi our parrotlet the fine. That's how I got her off so much seed. The fine tricked her. Hahaha

I have a Yellow-Sided GCC and a Fiery-Shoulder Conure. Both of them are on the small side 58g and 60g. They both handle the Harrisons Coarse with no problem. In fact they prefer the Coarse to the fine. They hold it in their hand and eat....

I know what you're saying, I'm sure she could do it. But when she sees whole coarse pellets in her dish, she simply tosses them out. It's all about size and shape with her lol

sometimes I use a mallet and crunch them up into smaller pieces. Not powder just smaller chunks.... just an idea, don't know if it would work for your baby.

Yeah I'm mostly worried about them being really wasteful and dropping them. I think I'll try breaking them up
