My 6 year old sun conure broke one of her nails last night just the tip but enough to start bleeding all over. I stopped the bleeding with quick stop relatively fast but she has been favoring her one leg today and spent most of her day in her hut unless it was to come out and eat or drink. she's climbing around the cage and perching on the foot when she eats but holding it up otherwise. is it possible that it is just sore? Also when she walks in her hut i noticed she's trying not to put too much weight on it and sometimes falls to the side. but she sits on that foot while eating which is odd to me.

It is probably still pretty tender. If I were you, I would rinse the injured toe with hydrogen peroxide 2x a day until it heals up (just to reduce the risk of potential infection). If she's still favoring it on Monday, make an appointment with the avian vet.
