Switching seed for a 16 year old red lored amazon

Hello everyone, I'm going to adopt a red lored(also known as a yellow cheek) amazon. she is 16 years old and has been fed a walmart brand bird seed her whole life. I want to switch her to Bird paradise's ultimate blend parrot food. how should i go about switching her food to cause the least amount of stress on her?

It is disturbing to know that so many people that have parrots do not know that an all seed diet is not good. At least we do know that on this forum. I guess if we just pass the word others will know this. Birdman I often give this link to people with this frequent question. By the way congrats. on new bird.

Congrat's on your new Amazon, beautiful birds.
So sad that the bird has been on a seed diet for so long......

yes, that link was very helpfull, i also just found the bird hasnt been fed a fuit or veggie in his life!!!!! thats soo frustrating!
