Is this an undigested pellet?

So i noticed it this morning however the last couple of days she has eeaten veg and then yesterday nothing but veg as I was so excited she was finally eating it.so Im not sure if that would have affected it. She also went out in the sun this morning for a couple of hours. We dont usually get hot so maybe that affected her?

I have taken her to the vets today the vets and they can find nothing pyshically wrong so have sent her home with baytril as an infection to see how she goes and to come back if she is no better.
When I put her in the car at first it must have been like 100 degrees in there and I undid the windows but she puked again heat related also at the vets she was sick it was a long journey so heat or illness maybe>?

Anyway What i would like to ask is if this is an undigested harrisons pellet as I said has been in her poops all today. I told the vets she was having that but stupidly i forgot to show her the picture even though I had my phone I just assumed it was. Its kind of looks like butter in her poop but is hard like a nut any ideas?

Oww and she is a 1 1/2 quaker

Thanks:green2:
