I ordered the Avian First Aid DVD which i think is very informative on what you should have in case of emergencies, what to do and not do in case your bird is having problems Thing you should use and not use overall I would recommand it to new and old bird owners The dvd is by DR Greg Burkett a BCV I ordered from The Birdie Boutique if you would to check it out
