I put all of my birds food in a plastic cereal container. This morning I opened it and found these little peach colored worms about a centimeter long on the inside of the lid. I don't know if they are in with the seeds or not. Should I go through the seeds? Should I just throw out the seeds? Do you know if the worms are bad for parrots? I looked it up on line but I can't really find anything.

Most likely seed moth larvae. Consider them an extra protein snack for your fids. :54:

All jokes aside, if they hatch into seed moths, it can be a major PITA to get rid of them. I'd recommend freezing all affected containers for a minimum of 24 hours.
